The understanding and application of sport as a tool for both mentoring and personal development has long been practiced without being formally programmed. Through both practical and theoretical teaching of sport the students gain personal skills and knowledge, understand how to pass those skills onto others and take a role in contributing to an event.
The mentoring program firstly trains the physical abilities of the students and then develops interaction with others into sharing their own knowledge with them.
Students finish the course with an awareness of objective setting, reviewing performance, a transfer of learning and the evaluation processes.
